I'm Kim and I totally get it! Running my local gift shop consumes SO much of my time! As small business owners, we wear ALL the hats and put out ALL the fires.  But, I'm also savvy enough to hire for the stuff I'm not great at, like crunching numbers – that's where my accountant comes in. 

I have always had a passion for the marketing side of my business and social media is such an effective way to build your community and reach your audience. BUT, I also know that not everyone enjoys it or understands the nuances that go along with it. As a serial learner, I like to keep up with the latest trends while building relationships that keep our customers coming back. My gift shop has been a 20-year experiment in what works AND opportunities for improvement!
